Paul Malmo

President and co-founder, has twenty-two years of restaurant industry consulting experience. Prior to entering the consulting field he held senior management positions with several national restaurant chains. Paul holds a business administration degree from the University of Washington, is a past chairman of the National Restaurant Association EDP Users Group and has been a speaker at the NRA Financial Officers Group, FCSI, FS/TEC and the Restaurant Technology Conference.
